The Department of Justice is responsible for providing legal advice to the President and the Executive Branch, and the whole national government. The Department is responsible for the representation of the National Government in court, at administrative hearings, and in legal negotiations.

It has four (4) divisions which oversees the welfare and security of the nation. Under the Office of the Secretary, the Divisions of of Litigation and Law undertake prosecutions, legislative drafting and reviews, and promulgation of regulations, while the remaining divisions enforce the laws of the nation and its security.
